No returns accepted without first obtaining a RMA number. To obtain a RMA number please go to our contact us page. To expidite your return please provide us with your order number. If you don't have your order number, please provide us with the email address you used to please your order. RMA number is valid for 30 days.

*Order discrepincies must be reported within 7 days of your delivery date.
*20% restocking fee for all Non-Defective items returned.

All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any items should be sent back to us in original packaging and in unused condition which includes any hang tags and/or unopened plastic bags. As long as the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within this time period then a refund if you choose or credit for the cost of the item will be placed on your account for future use in our online store. The credit never expires and it can be used to help cover any cost of future orders (Shipping, Item Cost, etc.) Any unused portion will be then automatically left on your account until you choose to use it. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning any and all items. Shipping costs for your original purchase will not be credited. Please contact customer care before sending back your order.
